Just a few cringy moments then they had someone, from hawaii naturally, talk about how to make their work more visible and stuff

actually wasn't as bad as i was expecting

I don't think there's anything wrong about private efforts to promote women and STEM as long as we're not talking quotas and that admissions are gender (and race) neutral

We pushed STEM with both our kids. It found fertile soil more in our son than our daughter. Ultimately each gets to choose, we just wanted to make sure the avenue was open for both.

If we focus on keeping avenues open, I'd like to think we should be good
