Yes. I think a parent should choose whether or not they want their baby to have down syndrome or not. A parent that doesn't want a kid raises an unhealthy, socially incompetent child. Some mothers even despise kids they don't want.

The screening isn’t 100% either. There’s the occasional downs baby that makes it to birth in those European countries that abort all the downs babies.
