A draft into the national guard would be nice. Doesn't interfere with civilian commerce too much, or their own lives, but gives us a huge body of trained soldiers

It varies from unit to unit. A lot of combat arms in the NG are really good but they work jobs that keep them that way. Firefighters, EMS, cops, security etc

NG Special Forces are just as good as any
