I believe that only the middle class and up should vote. Because if you don't pay taxes you shouldn't be allowed to vote. And the poor will always vote for handouts and people to "lift them out of poverty"

We could eliminate the massive debt by cutting majors and programs that aren't the three (four if you count law) fields of actual productive white collar labor
