I go through a small political subdivision each day after work to get to the gym. You stay UNDER the speed limit through there - the town has no income other than traffic tickets

My goal is to encourage people to follow traffic law. If I can do that without taking any money, only by taking five minutes of your time to remind you the dangers of running a stop sign, then mission accomplished
