A Master Sgt without a leadership role is basically an SFC

I get other people heavily differentiate between e3 and e4

But spc are more experienced than pfc in the army on average

The different experience between e7 and e8 is much bigger than e3 and e4

Like for instance a supply guy can have their worth for a long time without ever needing to lead

And its cheaper to pay them more to stay than it is to train a brand new guy

Yeah we had them for translators and other shit. And now they have the regular promotion track. And every MOS has SPCs
