No offense but you have a pretty small army. I mean they're more involved than A LOT of countries but they are pretty small. Iraq has a larger army.

I think it MAY be an after thing from his father. After WW2 when the UN was founded Canada had the 4th largest army in the world after the US, USSR and UK. There was a bit of a buzz when France got a part of Germany to control and got a permanent seat at the SC. His dad while Prime Minister in the 70s and 80s at times liked to drum up debate over that.
