It's important so it merits repeating: did anyone miss my discussion about the iPhone unlock security?

Short version: I seized an iPhone from a dealer. Passcode lock. Supposedly Apple and the stores can't unlock it and wouldn't if they could, they care about your privacy.

Asked my father in law how they handle these. He said he just takes the phones to the Apple Store in China and they unlock them immediately.
