One of the books I have of his collected stories references all kinds of shit. Authors he talked to, politics at the time, stories he never wrote but they existed in outline form, etc.

She then proceeds to fall out, almost on my car, and flails wildly trying to get all the debris off her and then continues to stumble down the road.
