i typically work 8:30am - 12:30am

though after 6pm I do it much much much more sporadically

so maybe 20 minutes here and there

when I became a BDM I started checking my emails at about 8pm at home. funnily customers love that

@Jes foreign customers would like it because that would mean you are more likely to be aligning to their time zone, local customers like it because it sucks having to wait until business hours to solve a problem that needs to be solved asap.

There was an uncle of mine who had 3 rules for anyone who wanted to be a contractor:
-show up on time
-finish when you say when you were going to
-clean up after yourself

Most contractors take a job and disappear once they get paid

Theyll only do small amounts of work each month

the competition isn't that competitive you'll find usually

competition always wants to maintain the status quo
