3. Twice in this article they imply that McCain was the initial source of the Steele Dossier for the FBI. McCain obtained the dossier in early 2017. So clearly he was not the source. And yet the media won’t let this narrative go.

Claas Relotius of Der Spiegel has been uncovered as a habitual fraud. Creating at least 14 fake news articles. Mostly painting American Conservatives in a bad light. He received an award from CNN for this. They took it back now that it’s public knowledge that his work is all lies.

You are 100% correct. If the plan calls for 4 billion dollars, and it raises 1 billion dollars. If he secures the funding through congress, the money would go to general funds.

But the problem is money isn't connected to people

If people raised 1B dollars congress would just offer 3B dollars

so whats the point beyond people just deciding to pay extra tax
