And that does explain why shotgun ranges are usually clays or skeet shooting
doing patterning is painful
Can't in good conscience mount a scope on it though
costs 50 cents a shot
yeah; don't bubba it
and I can't plink with it.
It's so funny how expensive 7.62x54R has gotten
Damn, Im getting envious here.
just get an AR
Then I just recently bought a handgun, to go for my concealed carry, so I can gain access to a local exclusive club
More I hear talk more Im tempted to see bout smuggling one here. If it wernt a capital offence.
buuuuuuut I bought a .22
And the qualifying test doesn't allow for rimfire
lol
so I can get fucked.
yeah
get a cheapo police trade-in
Whats rimfire?
one sec
should be able to get a 3rd gen glock pretty cheap
instead of a separate primer insert that's pressed in
Ah ammo designation
I understand primer and case.
So its like the entire flat end of the round then?
I guess
just google it
probably better than anything I can explain
lol
Yeah I see a gif on wiki now
I've been considering doing bullet swaging
still conflicted because of the large initial investment
Is there a real difference between firing a .22 and the next caliber in center fire?
Last time I went to the range, I took a mock CHL test and aced it with the .22. I'm just wondering what I need to watch out for with a big boy gun.
a .25acp is about the same as a .22lr
I'm thinking since I've got a Walther PPQ .22, I'll want to stick with something close to that.
I might see if I can borrow a PPQ 45
I would start with 9
but .45acp isn't that bad
just don't go .40 initially
