Btw Texhnolyse pace is intentionally painfully slow
I'd explain why, but it would be spoilers
lol like i watched the new fate zero when that came out and was like WAIT THERES AN OLDER ANIME
i watch too much anime to stick through the painfully slow ones
so i ended up rewatching it after watching fate stay night
oh no please tell me you didn't watch D E E N
ohhh nooooooo
Where does one find D E E N?
you should have waited for unlimited blade works
deen is the studio that made the original fate stay night
I mean, where would one watch it.
Texhnolyse is amazing. In its art, in the plot twists and in the kind of philosophical questionings it throws at you
It's like mythically bad or something.
hmm well i havent seen unlimited blade works i should prolly watch it
i don't know, most places stopped having it when UBW came out
it's just fate/stay night, but good
TBH, I didn't like UBW that much.
ohhhh sick fuck yeah i missed out hahaha
they ripped f/sn from deens virgin hands and gave it to chad UFOtable
For me Ghost in the Shell, Texhnolyse and Ergo Proxy are masterpieces because they are so deep. They have a whole philosophy behind them, a lot of heavy stuff to ponder over.
i feel watching Ghost in the Shell would be fun just to see how the newer movie is compared to it
even for a laugh
yeah exposition is the killer of plots
or should i say ESPECIALLY for the laughs
GitS could still hold up a candle to many modern movies and anime
what if they had remade the original gits scene for scene, line for line
FFS Matrix was based off it
Or inspired, however you spin it
Gits 1995 is a classic and remains so.
but is the new movie any good?
Worth a watch.
Good movie. Did not ruin the series.
It's not *bad*, per se, but if you're a fan of the original, it falls short
GiTS: SAC can be a little slow at times and lacks the atmosphere. But it's still good (possibly better) on it's own merits
It is a cash grab, but at least it is true to the origin.
Was too short for me
GiTS: Arise is relatively lacking, but a nice entry if you can avoid spending lots of money to see it.
okok still as long as it doesnt completely crash in a hindenberg-esque flame of suckery
the actress being white was the dumbest complaint ever tbh
