as in like pre colonial tribes
no it was just a joke lol theres beauty in everything
as in theyre still there
lol
The people who lived in Australia before the British Empire happened to them selected for much the same traits as africans.
Turns out, closer to the equator, you wind up with a better chance of survival with darker skin
LOL yep
i just mean
are there no aboriginals in africa???
if the definition of aboriginal is pre colonial tribes>????????????????
'Aboriginal' is another way of saying 'natives'
yeah but thtas it
theres still tribes living there
Think of it as 'those who were there first'
aborinigal sounds to me on the same weight as abnormal, so my peer reviewed research here says they are not the originals
Also, turns out Aborigine ISN'T really derogatory, @Timcast , It's etymologically correct.
The best kind of correct
after incorrect
No. Technically is the best kind of correct
i mean is it racist that we lump all africans together
when there are aboriginal tribes
that still exist in africa
and also developed societies
?????????????????////
Aborigine isn't in common use anymore though because people took issue to it. That's the entire reason the word "aboriginal" exists. So it's kind of derogatory, depending on who you're talking to.
Is it racist to lump all white people together when Alabama exists?
there are a bazillion ethnicities in Africa, but for American activists it's whites vs the world
yeah i like firt nations more
*first
My general rule is to just assume *someone* is going to be offended by what I'm going to say.
And then say it anyway.
Because fuck other people.
Good rule.
Language shouldn't be a minefield.
You shouldn't essentially lose your life due to stepping on the wrong word.
We've got actual minefields for that.
Speaking of minefields, they are much cheaper than walls
Just saying
It could solve the border issue
