I hate having to sit through unconscious bias bullshit that is all about race. Literally had an argument with a professor that unconscious bias happens naturally simply due to differences of appearance and that race is only a small factor for most people.

It is infuriating, people seem to think education in a subject makes you well-versed on it. A huge percentage of people have decent education in history, but only a small amount of them can actually connect events in a way that isn’t just the regurgitation of facts.

Passing grade does not require a strong understanding
