I hate having to sit through unconscious bias bullshit that is all about race. Literally had an argument with a professor that unconscious bias happens naturally simply due to differences of appearance and that race is only a small factor for most people.

When people bring up implicit bias it is acted like it is this unstoppable force that can't be controlled and counter balancing it is the only option
