glassdoor it
Does the application ask that
or does the listing ask that?
they offer you lower, you either take it or say no
Two different things.
only you know how much you are worth
well I wouldn't say that
they only know how much they can offer
I've been paid a living wage in my life.
I too hate haggling
haggling is awesome
What I'm worth? What the fuck does that mean to me.
How much is your time worth
I'd probably overshoot it.
slightly above minimum wage it would seem.
Lmao
I love Tim's random pauses
Lol
Meme status instantly
Sorry Tim, much love bro
You want to know how much i was expecting with my first job offer? like almost half what they offered. i took it without second thoughts. but i knew how much was the lowest end for my field of work, in that area. that is how much i thought i was worth for being new to the field.
holy shit your pause game is on point
There's no part of this process I don't despise.
Maybe, MAYBE if inflation and other things weren't as nauseous as they are.
well tough shit. there is no board that sets how much a worker is in that industry and for good reason. It means shit employees get paid less and good employees get more.
But this is absurd. Never again can you walk into a place of work and ask to see the manager and "look him in the eye"
employment is a market economy
You can't?
No you can't.
They'll get annoyed and tell you to fill out the online application.
Boomers give this advice that hasn't worked for decades, and feel no consequence for doing so.
you could punch them
although parents usually don't like getting punched by their kids
and strangers don't like it easier
Lol
there also might be some pesky battery laws but just ssay they are a nazi and its fine
but yes, most application is online.
can be annoying
Can be?
