You call that pedantic?
You little shit?
NO U
Jesus
what're we on about
NO U
You think they won't give a shit?
Scribb is having a nervous breakdown
If you KNOW HOW to use their program, that's enough.
If you can do better with your own
they care that the work gets done!
If I know anything
they don't care so long as the shit gets done. you could do it 90% in another program, then just port it to photoshop format to send to printing.
It's that "company policy" never bends.
When they give those requirements, it's so that they know they don't have to teach you how to do the job more than the guidelines.
they might just say photoshop because the last guy used it and its all they know
well
never know until you get to the interview
and its the industry standard
A mechanic wouldn't hire me if I didn't know how to at LEAST operate a wrench
"What are those. BLACK JEANS? Yes they're the right color and literally no one until I have complained... but.. They have to be a different material!"
Shitty retail job.
Not the same.
^^^
btw
the higher level job you have
the less people care
about stupid shit
Don't forget there's karaoke every Tuesday.
@Scribblehatch just saying you know photoshop can get you to the interview, from there you say i know it but hate it. you might not get the job, they might say "whatever". you won't know until you get to the interview.
Here's what annoys me more than **anything.**
Hey thanks to my hobbies, I can add 10 months of Unity/Blender experience to my resume if necessary.
*grabs popcorn*
This application has the nerve to ask for every one of those qualities, but doesn't even disclose how much it will be paying.
they might give you an offer anyone but say you still need to use photoshop, and you can say "sorry, but no then"
Why do jobs do that.
Man if only i had popcorn rn
because you often negotiate how much you make
inoright
yup
