hmmm... i wonder if you can make a case against this big tech firms of breach of contract (saying you violate ToS when you don't, or making the ToS so vague as to be unenforceable) or false advertising (saying you are allowed but you really are not). I wonder if during the course of such a lawsuit you could get access to the source code to search for malicious stuff
