Allow me to vote in your elections for someone who is willing to basically allow my nation to annex yours?
That is why foreign citizens are not given right to vote.

If you advocate for foreign citizens aka illegal immigrants to vote in my nation's election, I should be able to go to your nation and vote for someone who is willing to let my nation annex yours.
Or change the laws so my nation can steal your tax payers money and resources.

Mexico already funnels larges sums of money from United States, supplementing their GDP, up to $26.1 billion dollars in taxpayer's money.
