i mean i could do a conservative take even if i don't think its right either. That would be some proof of identify as said gender needs to be properly verifiable, but then given the trans i know its important to link this to say letter from therapist, proof of hormone therapy, but not proof of gender reassignment surgery as there are alot of rational reason many trans put off or opt-out of that. A few southern states souly base it off if you have had gender reassignment surgery which i can't stand for in good faith
