Quit video games. Admittedly I kind of have an attachment to fantasy/escapism

Video games I find the least escapy escapism

Porn and TV / movies will get to you long before the games do

Good. About me, it destroyed my will, because I couldn’t decide not to play. It was something I had to do necessarily. It wasn’t about not working, or not exercising. It’s an activity that leaves you nothin when you turn the screen off.

Well on the plus side it’s actually motivated me to look into things like digital art so I can create things of my own
