Maybe not solely since it's just one branch of the government, but many of the bills he's signed in have helped. Sure people can debate the long term effects, but the immediate effects have been positive for many working class.
I dont have trump fever, but I give credit where it is due. If the Dems really wanted to defeat him in 2020 they would focus on his actual flaws instead of crying about his Twitter feed or something he said 15 years ago
I mean if you have some way of predicting with high accuracy what the unemployment rate of an entire country (especially a major power) will be, you could be beneficial to almost any nation.
the flatline is probably from the 2016 election. usually traders and investors get weary around elections, especially if its the end of a 2 term president. a huge congress switch can spark worry too.
plus i dont see the problem. if its when trump was elected then it likely went up before the votes, then back down once people knew who was going to be the next president the following January

i think japan has apologized to korea at least 2 dozen times, yet they never apologized to vietnam once. (although some japanese did help us fight the french after ww2)
plus korea didnt apologize for their participation in the vietnam war until 2018. yet they've been crying at japan this entire time lol
I think a lot of it was because of the roles they filled in society. I know it's a stereotype but many in Europe were bankers since for a lot of the middle ages Usury was a sin for Christians but not the Jews. So a lot of nobles and royalty would have court Jewish bankers to bypass the usury sin lol
