It explains how the radiation there is not deadly

Even Van Allen himself claimed it was possible

And I’m not a scientist but if a scientist who has the radiation belt literally named after him said it was possible

I’ll believe what he says

Since there's no atmosphere, Newtons law would apply and the flag would keep moving until the force of gravity overcame the inertia

Also there was a horizontal rod that kept the flag in place otherwise it would have flopped down like a flaccid

The largest optical wavelength telescope that we have now is the Keck Telescope in Hawaii which is 10 meters in diameter. The Hubble Space Telescope is only 2.4 meters in diameter - much too small!
