@MasterK - I think that's all fake news. You hear about adrenochrome & endorphins etc. Adrenochrome would cause bloodclots & likely lead to limbs falling off from gangrene. It can also be bought from any chemical supply company on the cheap.
Endorphins are basically natural opiates & wouldn't occur in high enough levels to induce a high without also causing vomiting from drinking all that blood.
Blood consumed in large amounts is toxic
