Above, around 1200pm is an article saying Sessions is going to reorganize the DOJ to be more like Ice. I used to work for the government and can give insider info. on what reorganization means in the government. In the government it is real hard to fire people or cut their pay. So if you have a mess like the DOJ you reorganize and eliminate positions of problem people to get rid of them. When they get reorganized out of a job, they have to find a new job in the gov. (if anyone will hire them) or they have to go into the private industry. That's all.
