That photo wasn't taken very near MI6 which is further South. Also pretty sure there is scaffolding around Big Ben at the mo and it doesn't look like it in the photo, although bit too blurred to be sure.

Winfield House (if that's where they are staying) is in Regents Park. Further down to the right is the Jubilee Bridge/Charing X Station - direct train route South from Stanstead airport - less than an hour.

@Searcher Yes, photo was taken from Jubilee Bridge (a foot bridge).
I think it's an interesting question to ask did she or anyone else get there by train? Was it a meetup point next to the station which is on direct line from Stanstead airport. @Searcher Anyone could have flown in to meet her there pretty easily plus anyone from UK included in the plan.

@AutistMember I read that 'project looking glass' included the ability for [them] to watch us through our screens (I'm guessing retina type screens or something that hightech rather than older screens?).
