Dude do u understand how big the earth is? We cant see the curve because of how small it is. I dont remember for sure which bridge(i wanna say the golden gate bridge) but i do rememver reading that it was purposly built with the curvature in mind because of how massive it was

Yes it is an observation. Its not an experiment because earths rotation is meant to be common knowledge, no one is going to spend resources getting data to prove it
