No, they’re tethered to the earth slightly off center so the earth moves it around super fast and that’s why nobody is allowed in area 51, because that’s where the tether is stored

I literally get blocked by flat earthers purely because I’ve got the mathematical and physics background to disprove their points and they don’t seem to enjoy that
