whats the most convincing bit of evidence that makes you lot think the earth is flat

Cause as soon as they make a point your argument is "you cant prove it" yet you cant prove that its flat

What I dont get is that if you cant verify that the earth or planets around us a spheres, why does that mean you have an arguement that the earth is flat when theres no evidence for that either?
