Hiya flatties
I love how all of the members here are called seeker of truth, or woke man. Lmao did you guys ever go into a physics class?
I'm guessing most of you guys don't believe in vaccines either?
Shadows is the lack of light. A shadow is cast when there is less photons in a particular space because of an object blocking it
Can you stop sending the same garbage over and over again?
@Derek Nelson lmao ok
Why is that a problem?
Oh wait. I see it being a problem
Ngl flat earthers have to be trolls
Flatties
Why do you randomly send this?
Ok I don't care don't disrupt the flow of the chat with a poorly executed stream
you're irrelevant.
I don't believe the earth is flat.
Can you not
God doesn't exist lmao. And if he does, we're dominating him in his own game.
The only god that exist is Allah
Anyway, why does it matter.
My bf. How is that bad language
And I don't care
Jesus Christ
Earth Chan isn't flat
DONT TALK SHlT ABOUT MY WAIFU LIKE THAT
earth Chan is you spastic mongrel
Nobody cares!
Nah
It's fun seeing you guys get all pissy for no reason
Everyone in the internet is irrelevant
No sh*t sherlock
It doesn't take a detective to figure that out
Indeed I am.
Yes lets
Oh wow! Look at you! You can send ingredients about vaccines! I'm so proud of you!
:c
@Derek Nelson excuse me?
You guys don't allow swearing?
What the frick
Only privileged white men can swear
You guys are saying only certain people can swear
Stop pinging you bigot
I'll be your somebody
What
Ok serious. I was always interested in Astrophysics, however I'm not very well educated in it. Should applying to NASA be a career path I take?
@Deleted User
Those are some vulgar words. May I ask, what made you conclude that they are Nazi pedophiles?
I don't get how this picture explains anything
That's a nice gif.
I'm so.. what?
Well then if I'm being told that Naza affiliates with Nazis I shall apply to spaceX
@Deleted User I can't find a source talking about light refracting in a curve downward.
But source code doesn't exactly prescribe reality?
How do the two correlate?
But I wasn't using bislins model to prove whether the earth is round or not? Im interested in Astrophysics as a profession.
But I'm not talking about Walter bislins

And yes I do want to see the essay. It'll be pretty interesting. Please define a proper thesis and restate it in the concluding paragraph.
Wait really?
Awesome. Send me a DM of it when you're done
I just asked a question about applying to NASA tho :c
@The Loftus Nerd may I ask, does light arc downwards in the air?
I guess as humans we are curious beings and with that we need to excercise thoughts that may pop in our heads.
The cost of being intelligent is to become curious. Being intelligent separates us from humans and animals.
The thing is, space travel is not commercialized yet. So I guess debates like these will sprout up. Although the majority consensus believes the earth is round, there's nothing wrong with entertaining the thought of a flat earth model without accepting it and vice versa.
I'm just here to get a biased answer to a profession im interested in.
@The Loftus Nerd well then, how does that prove or deny the flat earth model? I'm so utterly confused.
@rivenator12113 may you help as well
@Deleted User when is they word in the message.
Keyword*
Just like how you would prove anything else through the scientific method? It's not difficult?
Well, in <#484514023698726912> I was told that blise's source code had a value to light travelling in a downward arc almost like a letter U.
How does that prove that the earth is flat? How does that prove anything?
@Umwhat well yeah isn't that what she stated? Gravity accelerates things towards each other.
Perhaps replacing "things" with "mass"
@Deleted User the force that attracts mass to mass is gravity. What other force would be presented in vacuum other than gravity?
https://goo.gl/search/Definition+of+gravity
gravity, noun, หษกravษdฤ, attractive force
Whoah whoah can someone explain to me what Hubble's Law is?
Shit. I'm asking the wrong person
Well then.
May I go back to my first topic pls ;-;
Should I become an astrophycisist?
Explain Hubble law.
Explain it to me like I'm 6
Alright. Hypothetically, if there is no gravity, then how would we be attracted towards the ground.
@rivenator12113 if that's the case any thrust that causes an object to go upward would accelerate forever without falling back down
What holds air "down"?
Wouldn't helium just float away? Helium doesn't really have an attribute to hold things dow though.
@Umwhat if we live in a dome then what would explain air being denser to the bottom of the dome compared to the top? Or does diffusion not exist in the dome model?
@Umwhat of course you don't. Sorry if I implied that you do, im just asking questions because I'm genuinely curious.
Do you guys still call each other flatties? Or is that no longer a thing?
I think that's a good name to be honest. There's a bit of humour to it
It's like James Charles "hey sister"
Humans are subject to be wrong though. Just like how in the old days we thought that "bad blood" made us sick.
So we take a knife and slit our wrists to let the blood out.
That beleif is wrong though, which evolved into modern science.
But if we just doubt every source wouldn't that make us ignorant?
Any of you guys into anime
Deja vu
Standing on my feet*
I've heard it wrong my whole life
