hydroelectric energy is great, the only two problems are that you need to have the kind of rivers that can be used to generate it, and when a drought happen you're gonna have a decrease in energy production...

The reason why "pro-democracy" and "anti-fascist" material (posters, banners, etc) were considered political propaganda was because the same material was, at the same time, characterizing a candidate (Bolsonaro) as anti-democratic and a fascist...
