From my 2013 deployment in the Mediterranean

This van was at the Wolf Creek shooting lanes in Oregon last week. I personally can confirm they do have weapons in the vehicle. However they're awful to the point of dangerous to themselves and their comrades. They were "training" and target practicing.

You should have seen them. One girl had blue hair and neck tattoos. 1 of them being a black lives matter fist looked fairly fresh as well
