I just started while he was still pretty young. 9 months or so. He didnt like it at first but at some point he realized "If thats the only way to get outside time, i'll Do it" and then he started to accept it. You Just need to be persistent. Walking perfectly like this is recent though.Started a few weeks ago to not mind the leash at all
