What is the legal presidance for lock downs and mask mandates. If they can not make you leave an area due to a natural disaster like a hurricane, tornado, or wild fire. How can they legally mandate stay at home or mask orders? Also how can they legally fine or take away liscenure for a business that is not following one of these orders?

I understand that public safety has some merit. A person with say HIV can not knowingmy go out and have unprotected sex with people without informing them that there is a possibility of possible infection. But even then we can not legally make them not have sex or force them to use protection. All we can do is require that they inform their partners.

Really? Interesting. That then leaves the responsibility to the person that if they do not disclose it and the other party becomes infected they could be held legally responsible for damages.

Would it not fall into a tort law. Even if the injured party is 50% to blame as both were of consent the other party would also be 50% to blame with the added knowledge that the information was with held. I will be interested to see if any civil suits come out of the change in law. The smart person would insure that their partners knew. But beyond that ever in these cases enforcing compliance had to be unconstitutional. So many sides to think about, I believe my head is splitting open. 🤯

They will not throw it out. They will walk it back bit by bit. Like the council member in Texas stating you have a duty to retreat into your home before defending your property or person.

Ok, question. Now that elections are done and we have Biden taking the presidency, can we file lawsuits in the state's to return the election processes back to the constitutional process that it was supposed to be. As it will no longer affect the result it needs to be fixed prior to another election. Any ideas?

I believe that we need to fix the election processes or there is no future for conservative or libertarian in this country. Suits need to be filed sooner rather than later and go up to the highest courts. If they fail then I believe we are in a failed state and there will be no way back.

This is the time, the country has to act fast. Prior to possible court packing.

I would love to. I will consult a lawyer but as I live in FL I would most likely not have cause or standing. FL did well on our election. Other than passing the 15 dollar an hour min wage.
