Wayne county michigan does not look like fraud. The votes for this county look similar. e.g. 59% turnout vs 64%. Unless the same problems occurred in 2016, then this county would be a lost cause for Trump.

@akrska AVCB is Absentee Voter Counting Board. Instead of sending mail in ballots to the specific precinct, some precincts use an AVCB. Detroit has chosen to use AVCB's. I'm guessing it's because detroit has over 400 precincts and they probably find it safer to have absentee votes secured in a single location instead of mailed to the precinct responsible for that ballot. An AVCB is not a real area with people. This is why you see 0 registered voters. I don't know how ballots are assigned to an AVCB. Notice that all Detroit precincts have 0 absentee ballots.

Trump stopped lawsuits in Michigan. Wayne county keeps good voting history. I compared 2016 to 2020. It looks very good. Voter turnout went from 59% to 64%. Votes Trump/Biden are in line with votes Trump/Clinton. Any error in this county will be very difficult to prove even if they did a hand recount.

@4trustco You can't blame the federal government entirely. Socialism = California-ism. 5th largest economy in the world. 38th in k12 education. Before corona, 35% near poverty that is now in poverty. Roads are 43rd. Google, Facebook and others in silicon valley tell you they support BLM but they demand reversal of H1B visa change because they don't want to hire American's (Silicon valley 2.8% black, 30.6% non-hispanic white, 39.0% asian versus USA 13.4% black, 60.1% non-hispanic white, 5.9% asian). H1B visas don't help america. They don't improve peoples lives.They increase profits.

How can they charge Rittenhouse as an adult for manslaughter but the crimes that make the case are only valid because he is a minor? Wouldn't they need to charge these separately? Aren't crimes commited as a juvenile inadmissible when you are an adult?

My question is about him being a juvenile and his right to juvenile court where records are sealed as in Wisconsin. I think breaking curfew and carrying a firearm would be sealed in juvenile court. Are these 2 juvenile offenses that could only be committed by a juvenile now being upgraded to adult offenses? If so, how can they do this when an adult can't commit these offenses?

Actually, violent protests work. BLM has changed everything thru intimidation and breaking the law. For instance, look up Jackie Lacy LA DA husband. 5am 40 peaceful protesters banging on drums and screaming. 3 black women banging on their front door demanding Jackie come to the door. Her husband already told them to leave so he comes to the door with the gun to keep demanding they leave. 1st amendment does not protect protesting on private property. If this wasn't BLM, those 3 women would have been put in jail for unlawful tresspass and disturbing the peace. Instead, her husband is charged with brandishing a weapon.

Daytime or nighttime no longer matters for violence. Look up the San Jose highway 101. Smashing car windows and doing other damage. Highway patrol and San jose police were there. Even SJ mayor was participating. Not a single arrest for felony false imprisonment. In fact, not any types of charges filed. I wrote our congress people (including Harris) demanding that highways are not a protected venue for protesting. The only response was they were using their first amendment right.

Several were breaking car windows. Clearly intending to terrorize. This intimidation confined people to their cars. They could not move their cars to flee the scene.

0 registered voters in Wayne county are for absentee vote counting centers instead of the precinct where the voter actually lived. There is nothing odd about this.
