java is great if you don't speak any other languages

c# is very nice if you work in an Enterprise environment and no one can tell thier a****** from their elbow

c sharp is great for work with developers with IQs lower than 80

JavaScript type system is perfect what was meant to do animate certain elements on web pages, more than that is just an abuse of the system

QT is bloated garbage

python is a language not a GUI toolkit

if you can't write a good GUI in Python it's because you don't know how to implement UI

like saying you can't write a good you UI in C

no c sharp and python used for thousands and thousands of things

just because you can't think outside of a bot doesn't mean the language isn't used for much much more

I've written webapps, mathematic calculators, voice chat clients, reverse engineering tools, and many other things in Python

including Network libraries

there is no such thing as what a language is best for

that's what you use it for

Mac OS is built on top of Unix

just learn to write posix compatible
