Not even getting into the politics of the game, the fact that enemies scale with you just completely ruined the experience for me. And the parkour was just atrocious

I can see why some people would like that, but for me one of the main attractions of the series was upgrading your character to a point where you're this badass that one shots almost everyone. The fact that you can be level 40, go back to the starting area of the game and still get killed by a brute and two archers is pretty annoying

I can't lie, some parts of AC Odyssey felt super forced. Like this blacksmith that you have an option to have sex with out of nowhere, the female pirate that says "fuck" every two seconds and the constant harassment from Alcibiades

The gaming market is taking the same route that the music market has taken. Instead bof taking a risk and trying to find new talent and new ideas like you used to do, just stick with what's familiar and known to work. Because who gives a fuck about innovation and improvement as long as you make enough money to please the investors

@Niko yes, but labels only sign artists that they already know that the public likes. It costs an average of 3 million dollars to break a new artist into the market today (from production to marketing, to shoving his songs in every news station, every mall and up your ass until you get brainwashed into liking the song). Most record companies just don't want to take the risk with unfamiliar faces.

Not really, because most people don't have time to browse YouTube for 3 hours to find good, original music. The same shit will still be played in clubs, in malls etc
