What is the size of the belt youโ€™re mentioning? Cobra buckles come in a variety of sizes and are a great option to replace for thick military duty belts like the one on the top with the EGA. Below are different sizes of โ€œnormalโ€ gun belts you typically get. Is it thicker than the one on top?

Oh man, for sure! Now that I have one Iโ€™ll never go back. I hate having to run it โ€œbackwardsโ€ and have it slip all day from the weight of a pistol and the Velcro breaks down after while. I got this leather one for a few different reasons. It effectively holds a pistol and I can still wear it at work. Klik belts are also made in the USA. Unfortunately it cost a lot more than 5.11 nylon belt, but Klik belt does make a nylon option with cobra buckles for about the same price as 5.11. Itโ€™s extremely easy to disconnect and fix your gear then re clasp without undoing everything.

@Bob Dole Haha! I ran out care. But now Iโ€™m filled with guilt and shame and Iโ€™m searching for my brasso and gonna go cut my hair. Semper Fi brother!

@Recon_5.11 now youโ€™re getting a guy excited! Start talking about porta shitters and full gear and Iโ€™m gonna go offline for a bit.

You pretty much have to take off and hold your pants unless you want them and your drop leg holster covered in piss and other unknown substances.

Necessary evils and uncomfortable comforts.

Well now Iโ€™m curious, for research purposes only of course.

@AncapZomby hey Iโ€™ve been scrolling back and saw youโ€™re in Hendricks County. I am too! In Danville close to the Avon boarder. Have you guys seen Guy Relfordโ€™s organization T2AP โ€œThe 2A Projectโ€. I recently signed up for a year membership. It seems to be much more effective fighting on the local level, and they fight specifically for Indiana. Anyway, I just wanted to say whatโ€™s up and itโ€™s good to see a Hendricks brother on here!
