How does one get started with lifting/getting fit overall if he cant survive the mental pressure of a gym?

Damm mate when I was 13 I was lifting in gym like its nobodys buisiness and now Im not even psychologically ready to go there

I dont have a goal weight tho
What to put there

Like with the goal weight again:
For me its mostly about getting fit in general
I really dont care about my shape or health (as long as I dont break my back while lifting or some shit)
I just want to be more effective in my HEMA classes and overall be able to do more with body
So I have no idea what to use as goal weight in that calculator
Besides the fact that it says weight loss above it?

Also just weighed myself, am 90kg (empty stomach) at around 188cm
Do you think a perfect ratio between muscle and mobility can be achieved?
Since that would obviously be the best option for HEMA

I found 2 pieces of raw meat tied to trees in my neighbourhood, right next to an Elementary school

My mother spotted them a couple days previous to me, also told me at the time there were a couple of holes dug out there
When I went there no holes were found tho

We have like very little amount of strays

Most people here never see a stray in their life
It just doesnt add up

I liked the Borchardt clone more
Even tho I love the C96 I really didnt like to use it in RDR2, it kinda didnt feel right
But I went through hours with the Borchardt in my second holster

idk about stats tho

Also Borchardt had far a better view in first person mode imo
