why would anyone think the earth is flat

bc there is literal scientific evidence and proof that the earth is round
the earth curving round gradually
if you go in a plane that is of high enough altitude u can literally see the curve on the earth
hop in a u2 and see the curvature of the earth myself
there are flight videos from cameras in a u2 where u can see the curvature of the earth
u2 pilots?
pay a guy with a private pilots license to fly u high enough
and look out the cockpit windows
or the canopy

there is no evidence for the earth being flat i dont understand why you would even argue for that
if the earth isn't flat how come when planes are flying they don't just fly off earth into space
we have an atmosphere it wouldn't work if it was flat
a tall building is not enough to see the curvature
