Everything you will learn in CS in college is complete and utter bullshit.
They don't even teach Bullet programming yet

Now, that is the thing about your situation that may warrent going to college. If your parents are helping pay for it, its a pretty easy gig while you are building a business

The thing you really need for computer programming is math. Forget calculus, and start taking discreet math

That just depends on if you rack up debt while in college

A style of programming where you shoot the bullet. And then make little corrections guiding it towards the target

Where you don't start with a big plan, you start with a solid little program and keep adding to it. Compiling and fixing each little step

In college they will teach you to plan out the whole program

They will teach you about OOP, and how to design it

But, these don't work.

OOP is only used because a window is a perfect objet

Yeah, i think its called agile now

Yes, OOP works well for today's databases, which have single connections

However, try to use OOP to group living creatures

And it fails miserably.

Like the Duck Billed Platapus. It breaks the entire tree structure... and binary computers can't deal with that

Further, you end up with stupid class instantiations because OOP doesn't work like real world. So, you end up with a base class, that has all this debugging junk in it, and then your little classes... are all huge
