i found that youtube on my phone was ruining everyday i would wake up and watch till mid day or later then eat then continue watching for the rest of the day. so what i've done is uninstalled youtube as well as all the games on my phone so its just a phone. It has helped

on the app store you can uninstall youtube

my account is already on my laptop but i could leave it im not attached to it

@Deleted User for your exam set a time that is good for you and study 1 paragraph or one question (you will most likely do more) at that time for an 30min-1hour and don't skip a day. it will be hard and annoying at first
