^ not too sure about the zero tolerance policy not being true

im fairly certain back when i was in high school there was a zero tolerance policy to bullying/ racist activity

but it was pretty grey what would be considered racist activity/ bullying

if you laugh at a kid for falling over they consider that to be bullying

i was sent to detention over that

part of the problem is im trying to write a paper for class and talk here
