I've tried searching alibaba and can't seem to find a fitness tracker that has oxygen+bp+hr that also has an open source app to use with it. I am mainly needing it for my grandpa so that we can be alerted to changes in his health.

oxygen readings, the miband which I know works with gadgetbridge only does HR

a pulse oximeter

it uses a flashing light and some sort of sensor to read the oxygen levels.

not perfect but still it's "good enough" as a rough guideline.

both, his oxygen is gettinglower, he hates wearing the thing on his finger, and hates the cuff.

Ideally it'd be both but if I have to have two seperate things so long as it has an alarm function for when oxygen gets too lower or BP gets too low I'll deal with separate items.

do you know of anything that exists otherwise for less than several hundreds? It's mainly a fail safe. He still gets SO2/BP checked 3 times a day anyway.

this is simply a failsafe backup device, a secondary tester/checker. someone's always up with him anyway.

but incase someone's not in the room. i'd like that sort of assurances.

has no open source app and the alarm is vibration, and he feels no such thing. his insulin pump vibrates at him when his reservoir gets low but he never feels it.

minimum for me is that it beeps at you for the alarm instead of vibration.

since it can be heard/watched easier.
