This just looks like something you’d see in a magazine or ad

When I skin a deer I let it hang and dry in the freezer so a “skin” can form over the meat and that keeps all the moisture and flavor within the meat

I make burgers with it it’s like beef but next to no fat or grease so you have to cook it in oil

I also make jerky with it

I imagine rabbit tasting like squirrel

I’ve never eaten rabbit I haven’t hunted hares in a long time
