True. It’s also important to note the cultural differences between rural Appalachia and the predominantly inner city type areas that blacks tend to reside in. Not to mention the (thankfully dying) culture of gangs and violence found in black culture, specifically rap. Again, this falling and in turn the crime rate of black areas is following suit
