@Mac tíre iarain the reason there is a genetic difference between a German and an English an is because of natural selection which causes their genes and body to adapt to whatever environment they are in but that does not rebut my opinion that there is only one human race because and English man and a German both have 24 chromosomes and Asians and blacks also have 24 chromosomes even prehistoric humans. Their chromosome contain dna that differentiates them but them having 24 chromosomes in common makes them one human race.
A chicken cannot mate with a human as a chicken has a 78 chromosome but a human has 24 they genetically cannot produce offspring and even if they do the offspring will not be able to produce a living population. To make another human you need two people with 24 chromosome to make another chick you need 2 chicks with 78 chromosomes.

No I don't agree with the definitions
I agree there is such thing as species like human species because humans have the same main characteristics and that is 24 chromosomes and are able to reproduce with each other but for race you are dividing people into groups according to their shared physical or genetic characteristics. I disagre with dividing people into groups of races based on shared genetic characteristics because as I said earlier we all have a big distinct important genetic characteristic in all humans and that is 24 chromosomes. I said earlier this allows us to breed and reproduce whether we are reproducing with someone else that is not white or with someone that is white. You cant divide people based on shared genetic characteristics because we all have a big major important shared

Shared genetic characteristics does not work because we all have one major shared genetic characteristic and that is 24 chromosomes
The definition for race and species should be the same meaning based on the definition of a group of people or animals that have the same main characteristic
And that characteristic is 24 chromosomes in humans
