Yeah, because the alternative would be that minority population potentially growing due to differential birth rates, and as they become a greater proportion of the population, their divergent group interest could harm us. The alternatives are exterminating them, which I personally find to be morally reprehensible, or deportation, which would be difficult if they have been within the area for 4+ generations.

That is a reasonable position I can agree with to a large extent. But even then, the question is also as to why some people don't want to improve. Say they have been dealt horrible biological cards. I think a reasonable position would be requiring that anyone who will need welfare for reasons related to biology should be sterilized via reversible procedures, such as a vasectomy in the case of men, until they do not longer need it. What do you think?
