The question lies in the details. So for example Orban often blames EU, but in the end his party takes important position. Had been voted in for decades now, always supported mostly Merkel's wing of People's Party.

Less than 4 time of population support Conservatives had 320+ seats

Also there is a problem with English representation in UK politics. Devoluton created regional control of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, but where is the one for England?

Sure, one reason he did teh referendum is to stop the loss of voters to teh UKIP.

Also probably more than one regional assembly.

London has too much power due it's economical strength.

Probably some division of South East and West too.

A little bit about that picture with the elderly man front of a picture. There is a specific form of Alzheimer's effecting visual memory and recognising object. Terry Pratchett had it, I had been working a man who had same issues.

It is a very different process of not being able to self-recognise or self-identify. The degradation of the mind is different than average Alzheimer's.

And on the solution: I do not think one has to imply any policy other than give the right to end one's self in their own terms (what Terry Pratchett fought for in his last years).
